Putting together a spooky autumn spectacle is no small feat! We're looking for passionate, creative Halloween lovers to join our production crew and help us bring this vision to life.
 

Whether you’re a master builder, an autumn decorator, or just someone who loves setting the October vibe, there’s a place for you in our graveyard. Here are the main areas where we need your creative chops:
 

• Curate a Spooky Tent: Step up as a creative lead! You’ll transform a 10'x20' tent into a living Halloween diorama—a small, immersive scene or story acted out by 3 to 4 actors for a standing audience of 6–8 people.

• Decorators & Prop Masters: Got boxes of Halloween decorations sitting in storage waiting for a second life? Put 'em to work! We need lighting, projection setups, scarecrows, standing figures, cornstalks, cemeteries, and old fencing. Keep it creative, atmospheric, and spooky—just no heavy gore or extreme horror, please.

• Haunted Forest Actors & Tour Guides: Step into character and help guide our guests through the woods with flair, storytelling, and just the right amount of mysterious energy.

• Lighting, Pumpkins & Animatronics: Help us dial in the atmosphere by setting up lighting displays, pumpkin installations, sets, and animated props.

• Chefs & Bakers: Show off your culinary sorcery! If your masterpiece lives in the kitchen, bring your talent to the table with themed, spooky appetizers and autumn treats.

• Wildcard Ideas: Have a unique concept, setup, or performance we haven't thought of yet? Pitch us! We love fresh, eerie ideas.
   

The Perk: Work Hard, Party Harder! Every volunteer and contributor who lends a hand getting the event off the ground gets full access to party with us during the final few hours of the night inside our main hub: The Boo-ze Tent!
