Packages start @ $300.00

Rates start at $300.00 for the first two hours of a job.
$125.00 hourly rate after the first two hours will apply. Photographer shows up with basic field equipment (camera, multiple lenses, mobile camera mount flash, small tripod or mono pod, and other misc. equipment. A disk is burned with all content produced by the end of each job and handed to the client (unless other arrangements are made).

Digital Photo Re-touching

$25.00/image

Got something you want touched up? Perhaps a family photo, a portrait of your kids, or a head shot? Maybe there’s a hair out-a place or a blemish you’d like hidden. We may be able to help… Send us the image and we’ll get back to you with what we think we can do to fix it.

Video Editing

$150.00/hour

Our basic video editing fee is an hourly fee. Every project is different, however we have come to recognize a pattern when it comes to how long certain jobs take to accomplish. Give us a call regarding your project and Photographic.TV will get you an estimated time & cost.

Graphics & Animation

Packages start @ $600.00

Graphics and animation can be a very important part of your video presentation. The basic graphics package will get you what you need without busting the bank. Please review our video examples for an idea of what a basic graphics package can do for you.

ENG Video & Sound Production

Video & Audio Crews are booked at Full Day
& Half Day Rate Packages.

A Full Day is defined as no more than 10hrs. A Full Day includes a minimum 30min lunch/break after 5 consecutive hours. A Half Day is defined as no more than 5hrs. Please see the Photographic.TV Policies below for more information regarding rates, over time, double time and break penalties.

Policies & Procedures

Here at photographic.tv, we pride ourselves with being on time, ready to work, in the most courteous and professional manner. If there's any special request you might have, please let us know. We'll do our best to accommodate your every need. We do, however, have a set of standards we live by which help to make your experience as professional and pleasurable as ours.

  • Work Days - A standard workday, or "Full Day" is defined as six to ten hours from the time the client is met (the "call time"), until the last location is completely wrapped and tapes are handed over to the client. This period shall include a one-hour meal break on the clock (or 30 min if catered). If no meal break is granted, a meal penalty equal to one full hour of overtime will be charged and added to the total hours for the day. A "Half Day" is defined similarly as a work period up to five hours in duration, with the exception of a meal break. Minimum booking is a half day. Overtime hours (past 10) will be billed at 1.5 times the hourly rate in accordance with industry standards. Double time rates shall apply past 12 hours.
  • Payment/Charges - All first time clients will be required to submit payment in full by company check or cash at the end of the shoot, unless other payment arrangements have been made in advance and outlined in the Deal Memo. In the event of a cancellation or postponement on less than 48 hours notice, client shall be liable for 50% of the total rate for all days involved. Accordingly, if less than 24 hours notice is given, client shall be liable for 100% of the total charges. Late charges of 2% shall apply to all past due accounts over 30 days from receipt of invoice. Returned checks shall be subject to a $35 fee in addition to any applicable late charges.
  • Contracts - Client agrees that the content of all recorded materials shall remain in joint property with photographic.tv, Inc. until such time as all invoices are paid in full. Most clients will be requested to sign a Deal Memo (contract), which details the services requested along with the associated costs for those services.
